The Centre for Energy Regulation (CER), IIT Kanpur is organizing the 6th Regulatory Conclave on “Energy Transition and Framework for Renewable Purchase Obligation (RPO)” scheduled for March 11, 2025 from 04:00 pm to 06:00 pm (online), part of the deliverable milestone under the PSR II Programme. The Conclave will bring together eminent panelists to discuss the evolving roles of RPO, RGO, and REC markets, addressing challenges, policy interventions, compliance mechanisms, and governance frameworks to accelerate India’s energy transition.
