Department of Management Sciences (DoMS) Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur

The Centre organized a two-day symposium on Future of Utilities: International and Indian Perspectives in collaboration with the Florence School of Regulation (FSR), Italy on October 10–11, 2018 at the Department of IME, IIT Kanpur. The FSR team comprised of the following eminent people:

  • Jean-Michel Glachant, Director, FSR
  • Pradyumna Bhagwat, Research Fellow, FSR
  • Swetha Bhagwat, Head of Global Relations, FSR

The symposium witnessed presentations by the FSR as well as the CER team. Participants included industry practitioners, staff members of regulatory commissions as well as academicians. The symposium provided an opportunity for regulators, policy makers, professionals, researchers and academicians to benefit from deliberations and discussions.The presentations, followed by discussions, included the following topics:
